Where does your drinking water come from? Join Clean Water Frederick for a fun, interactive homeowners workshop to learn more about your local watershed, including pollution currently impacting our local Frederick County waterways, like Tuscarora Creek and the Monocacy River. We’ll also discuss at-home and community solutions to improve local water quality, including the benefits of planting trees. Refreshments will be provided and all participants will be entered into a drawing for a free native tree provided by our partner, Stream-Link Education. Come learn about local water issues at this workshop, and then get your hands dirty planting trees in your community on April 8, 15, 22, and 29!
